It’s a good time to take stock of the winners and losers from the Trump-GOP tax cuts, which turn two years old this month. The big winners were clearly the wealthy and corporations who got most of the tax cuts. The rest of us haven’t gotten very much (if anything at all), but the services we depend on—Medicare, Medicaid, public education, rebuilding our roads and bridges—were made even more precarious by the tax cuts.
